FAQ’s

Do I need to sign up in advance?
Our classes have limited seating so signing up in advance is highly recommended. You can register online via our calendar or come into the studio.

How long is a Picasso & Wine Class?
Classes are typically 2-3 hours long with plenty of entertaining breaks.

What do I wear?

We provide aprons, but suggest you wear clothing that is not your nicest. Dress comfortably and remember splatter happens.

What time do I arrive for a class?
Plan to arrive 1/2 hour early to settle in, grab a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. If you’re a few minutes late, the staff will help you ‘catch up’. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you’ll need to reschedule, subject to the 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. It’s your fun night out, arrive early!

Should I tip?
Tipping is very much appreciated by the artist and bartender, but not required. Thank you!

What is your cancellation policy?
Picasso & Wine is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theatre or movie theater or other public event. We DO NOT refund for reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to the class, however we will issue you a credit, less a cancellation fee (depending on location). Sorry, there are no credits/refunds for NO SHOWS.

If I come with a group, can we all sit together?
Seating is first come, first serve. If you have a large party please show up early or call us in advance. We typically can make sure your whole party stays together.

Can I bring my own alcohol beverages to the class?
Sorry…outside beverages are not allowed.

Can I bring food to a Picasso & Wine studio?
Yes…you are welcome to bring light refreshments to the studio.

Are children welcome?
We offer Children and Family Day classes on Sundays which are geared towards younger artists ages 8 & up. Evening classes & Mimosa Morning classes are adults only ages 18 & up.
