Group Seating:
If your reservation contains 2 or more tickets we will automatically seat your group together. If you purchase your tickets separately and would like to sit with others, please indicate the other attendees names in the “Additional Information/ORDER NOTES” field at checkout.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
All events are non-refundable . You will receive a credit towards a future class. (Credit must be used within 90 days). Cancellations can be done HERE or you can email us at info@picasso-wine.com
- Prior to 48 Hours of event results in a 100% Credit Voucher
- Within 48 Hrs = 70% Credit Voucher
- Within 24 Hrs = 50% Credit Voucher
- Within 4 hours of the event = No Credit/Voucher
Tickets are fully transferable, and you may let someone of your own choosing use your ticket in your absence.
