Private Party Details

3 hours of party time with art supplies and instruction.
Choose your design or craft.
Full service bar available to all guests.
Food and snacks welcome.

Complete the private event form and a party planner will contact you to go over party details, answer questions and collect a deposit.

Prices:

$650 - Small Studio Event (10-15 painters) **Additional painters are $45 pp. *Daytime only (10am or 2pm).

$1250 - Large Studio Event (16-25 painters). **Maximum capacity is 30 people. Additional painters are charged $45 pp.

$450 - Mobile Event (10 painter minimum) **Hosted at your home or business. Additional painters are charged $45 pp. Bar is not provided with this option.

Deposit Information: The deposit will be held to secure your event. It will be forfeit if you cancel within 10 days of the event. Deposit will be applied to the final bill due at the conclusion of the event.

Gratuity: An 20% gratuity will be auto applied to the final bill.

Cancellations: Picasso & Wine has a 10 day cancellation policy for private events. To receive a full refund, you must contact the studio prior to 10 days of your event. If the event is cancelled within 10 days of the event you will forfeit your deposit.
