Private Party Details

Once you have provided a deposit we will send you a private sign-up link on our website for all of your guests to pre-register and pay for their attendance. You will be able to keep track of your RSVPs through this link too. If you, the host will be paying for all of your guest you can simply purchase the proper seat count in advance so we can be well prepared for your party. We offer a full service bar on premise for you and all of your guests to enjoy for purchase. We serve wine, beer, cocktails, and mocktails or sodas. NO OUTSIDE DRINKS ALLOWED.
Cancellations: Picasso & Wine has a 10 day cancellation policy for private events. To receive a full refund, you must contact the studio prior to 10 days of your event. If the event is cancelled within 10 days of the event, you forfeit the deposit and guests who have registered will be issued a credit. We do not issue refunds for Private Events.
Deposit Information: The deposit will be held till the event. It will be forfeit if you cancel within 10 days of the event, used for any balances due, applied to a 18% gratuity and the balance refunded.
