PICASSO & WINE has a firm no-refund policy. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event will be issued a full credit voucher toward a future event, Credit vouchers are valid for 90 days.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be accessed a 30% cancellation fee that will be held out of the store credit.
